タミヤ社が出している軽巡クラスはどれも部品点数は少ないながら実艦を良く捉えていて出来が良いです。製品については他の方が書かれていますから、私の感想を少し。この多摩は中身もさる事ながら、ボックスアートが素晴らしいと思います。アリューシャン攻略作戦時と思う時期で、僚艦の木曽と共に迷彩塗装された時期です。旧日本海軍の艦艇で迷彩塗装された物は少ないので、このボックスアートを再現したい人も居ると思います。バックに木曽や補給艦等が描かれています。ちなみに中学生の頃に４００円で近所の模型店で買った物はNo84とあり、そのまま棚の中に置いていてコレクションにしています。今では入手出来ないと思いますので。(パーツも古すぎてダメかも)最近買いなおして艦艇のジオラマを製作し、この塗装にしました。
