I really loved the buying experience. Placing the order was hassle-free, the order was shipped really quickly and with no extra import costs. However what I would've loved to have is an opportunity to return the order. As much as I loved the watch, since it is not sold outside of Japan I could never see it in person or try it on before I bought it. The problem was after I received it I realized that it was actually too small for my hands, but it was already too late. I could not find any option to return it. I am now trying to re-sell it privately which will come at a loss for me, and cost me time as well until I can find a buyer. That being said, I am overall a satisfied customer. And I would definitely come back make more orders.

1.Product is as described and well in stock compare to Amazon Japan. 2.Logistic is great, fast shipping (I am extremely happy with this) 3.The price is very competitive. I compare the price between your website and Amazon JP, yours were acceptable. plus you have much more varieties of choices, so I went with you. 4.the package handling was impeccable that I even took some pictures after opening the box just to show how well the products were well protected. This has been a signature feature of all the true Japanese vendors. 5.Your website does carry some very rare limited edition/colletor's item that can not be found anywhere else. I've put them in my shopping cart. I was charged import tax by the customs, purely bad luck. Thanks to your competitive price, the total cost (adding the tax) was still within my acceptable price range. In general, I was very happy with the purchase and have already recommended your website to several friends in Canada. Keep up with the good work!

Overall very happy with the experience. From ordering to delivery I was kept up to date and I received my purchase in perfect condition. Only downside was the unexpected extra customs fee I had to pay when my package reached the UK but that is nothing to do with Discovery Japan so just more of an observation than a complaint. Will definitely buy from Discovery Japan again and recommend to other people.

Article new, cheaper then one bought in store (half price with shipping cost and customs fees). The item arrived quickly (1 week). Very satisfied even if it wasn' t possibile to active the italian fowa garantee
