Returns & Exchanges

We will exchange the product/s if the damage and trouble is caused solely by the company or if the product/s ordered did not matched the one being delivered. However, in cases where the same kind of products are out of stock, they will be refunded by the below procedure.

1. Notify our customer service center of the damage with detailed and reasonable explanation within 30 days after delivery.

2. Return the damaged item to the designated place as it was originally shipped or follow the instruction of our staff at customer service center.

3. Use the enclosed packing slip and return form, when returning damaged products

Warranty and Repair

We do not accept any repairing cases due to the repair policy from Japanese makers.
Even though the warranty certificate is included, it will not be valid overseas and the warranty does not apply to your local maker.Only some products are provided with a World Warranty Card. In this case, please contact the service contact in your country.

Send Back Warranty

All products we sell are sold in Japan. Therefore, the warranty is a "send-back warranty" unless there is a worldwide warranty.

"send-back warranty" means that a failed product will be sent to the manufacturer for replacement.

The buyer must pay the shipping costs to and from Japan when using the "Send Back Warranty". The warranty process usually takes two to three months.
