To ensure that we can delivery your order from Japan to your doorstep as soon as possible, we will begin processing the order shortly after it has been placed.

Please be reminded that we will be able to make the necessary changes or cancellation of your order AS LONG AS it is not in the PROCESSING status.

You can only cancel your order if and only if  ...

• Order status is "PENDING"
• Please be notified that you cannot cancel the order if the order status is "PROCESSING".
  If the order status is Processing, the item has already been processed for shipping and cannot be cancelled.

Pending status means we have accepted the order but is not yet packed nor shipped, thus can still be canceled without charge.
