It was my first time buying in discovery-japanand it was an easy and good experience: high quality products, quick shipping service and constant mails with status' updates of my purchase and package. The only downside of it was the shipping costs and it's something that I was already aware of and it's not discovery-japan's fault: that's current international shipping prices. I used to be afraid of buying online on Japanese shops but discovery-japan made me feel like all those Japanese products I always wanted to buy were easier to get.

Although the selling price was cheap, it ended up being as expensive as buying it anywhere else here in t Europe. With all the added taxes, VAT, import costs and whatever

It was alright. Disappointing that i had to pay extra tax of 60 euros......

Overall great experience, however there is room for improvement with the payment page and delivery tracking. Thanks

It is worth repeating, my last comment: The product that I was looking for, seemed to be the amongst the best value offering, for the specs of product that I was looking for. I had once heard a content creator online, who seemed reliable, recommend to use this platform - Discovery Japan Mall. It did raise some apprehension for me, that the website domain is of ".me", but I can attest that I have received my parcel with items, via the courier service (international player.. current European Champions League (R) sponsor) in working order. It has still only been less than 2 weeks since I received my items, but so far so good.... only time will tell how really good, or great, or not-so-good this will be. Nevertheless, as it stands now, I am content with this platform and the process.

Easy-peasy, would love to see more crafting items, example latch hook kits, paint by numbers, hard cover coloring books, but love the selection of puzzles :)
