Description (1,137 characters)
A plastic model that requires assembly and painting. Separate tools, paint, etc. are required.
Color: gray
Product model number: TMYTAM31349
Material: Plastic 1/700 scale plastic model assembly kit of light cruiser Abukuma. With a total length of 230mm, the classic figure with a box-shaped bridge and three upright chimneys is modeled with a high sense of reality. The hull is divided into left and right parts, and details on the side, such as the bow, which is the only Nagara class to have a double curve, and the outboard electrical circuit, are also realistically expressed. It faithfully reproduces its appearance at the time of the attack on Pearl Harbor, including the quadruple torpedo tubes grouped at the rear, the uniquely shaped shelter deck, seven 14cm single guns, and various anti-aircraft weapons. The 14cm gun and catapult can be rotated even after completion using polycaps. It would be interesting to compare the construction with the same 5,500 ton class Kuma class and Nagara class ships, and to trace the evolution of armament using models. (From Amazon.co.jp)
