Kato's N gauge model train, JR Shikoku N2000 series Limited Express "Uzushio" (2424 included) 3-car set [Special Edition].
? Models of N2000 series 2424 and mass-produced cars from around 2018
? Newly created N2000 series pre-production car 2424. While similar to the mass-produced 2400 series, it reproduces the appearance of the 2000 series, retaining the form of the 2000 series from the front to the area around the driver's cab, the end of the car on the coupling side, and the exhaust pipe.
? Reproduces the same equipment layout as the mass-produced 2400 series and the roof with the same short exhaust pipe as the 2000 series.
? Reproduces the three-dimensional skirt with many covers and hinges, while having the same silhouette as the 2000 series.
? The headmark "Uzushio" is already attached. "Shimanto," "Uwakai," "Ashizuri," and "(plain)" are included for replacement.
? Uses a slotless motor to achieve smooth and quiet running performance. The N2000 series 3-car set is not equipped with traction tires in consideration of coupled operation.

Like the conventional 2000 series, it is equipped with a controlled tilting mechanism, and its biggest feature is that the maximum speed has been increased from 120 km/h to 130 km/h. It adopts a different front shape and coloring from the 2000 series, giving it a completely new image. Among them, the 2424, the pre-production model, is similar to the mass-produced 2400 series, but its distinctive appearance retains the form of the 2000 series from the front to the area around the driver's cab, the end of the car on the coupling side, and the exhaust pipe, and it still enjoys strong popularity.
