The E231 series commuter train, currently in service on the Ueno-Tokyo Line and Shonan-Shinjuku Line, is now available in 1/80 scale!

This basic set recreates a 5-car auxiliary train set (cars 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15).

This product, officially licensed by JR East, is a basic set that reproduces a 5-car add-on formation including cars 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15.By adding the separately sold 10-car set [HO-9101] Basic Set A and [HO-9103] Add-on Set, it is possible to reproduce a full 15-car formation.
Cars 14 and 15 in this product are semi-cross-seat cars, while cars 11, 12, and 13 are long-seat cars.
The Kuha E231 and Kuha E230 cars and semi-cross seats are newly manufactured to reproduce the original design.
The Kuha E231 car reproduces the appearance without a toilet.
The toilet tank and water tank are installed only on the Kuha E230 car.
The Moha E231 and Moha E230 cars reproduce the undercarriage after equipment updates.
Side indicator lights are installed.
Some markings are printed.
The semi-automatic buttons are reproduced by printing.
Car numbers are selectable and transfer sheets are included.
Headlights illuminate with white LEDs.
The front display is illuminated by white LEDs.
The headlights, taillights, and front display have ON-OFF switches.
It can pass through a minimum radius of R490.
