This was the first kit I've built from Aoshima, and honestly I'm not very impressed. It definitely has more of a toy feel than it does a model. Certain parts of the bike are just lacking in detail: suspension, chain, and engine are all mediocre. There's no bottom to either the seat or the gas tank, so you either have to make one yourself or be forced to look at the top of the tank from the bottom, kinda kills the model IMO. The frame goes together in two halves and also forces you to put the wheel on when you do this. Big problem if you're painting it. I cut the swingarm off and reattached after I painted the parts I needed.Oh and the tires have a HUGE seam going right down the middle. This is not the best thing to have for knobby tires. Best way to get around it is to take a pair of nail clippers to them with a lot of patience. Overall, the end result came out looking decent. It looks like a Honda Gorilla so I can't complain.If I did it over again I'd probably go with Tamiya...

Aoshima is very interest and new to me, and I like it. In future, I would buy model kits from Aoshima. Because it is not expensive much, I like it. Highly recommended.
