Delivery schedule: Delivery in approximately 10 business days from the receipt of your order. The estimated delivery time varies. Items will be shipped internationally from Japan.

* In some cases, import duty is imposed on ordered items. 
Please be advised that customs for products are the responsibility of the customer. 
(Customs are decided by the custom authority. Please ask the custom authority for the custom amount and other questions.)

Payment Method

We offer major credit cards and PayPal as methods of payment. Chinese payment also accepted.
 

PAYMENT MUST BE WITHIN 4 DAYS OF PLACING YOUR ORDER.
We only ship to the mailing address registered to the PayPal account from which we receive payment. 
Please make sure your PayPal mailing address is current and correct.

Shipping

We use Japan EMS, FedEx, or DHL as shipping couriers.


The shipping charge including full value of insurance by EMS will be:

• Asia (2 - 9 days): 1,400 YEN~
• USA, Australia, Canada (2 - 6days) : 1,400 YEN~
• Europe United Kingdom ,Germany, France Rissian Federation (2 - 6days) : 2,200 YEN~

After shipping, we shall provide a tracking number. We do not ship to Nigeria or Kazakhstan due to shipping safety to those countries.  Import duties and any related charges will be paid by the buyer. The seller is not responsible for any delay in shipping caused by the custom. The seller is not responsible for an uninsured package in case of loss.

Return Policy
We DO NOT accept return, or exchange. In case of damage or loss, the actual damage cost will be compensated. 
Any items returned, with tags removed, or having been used, soiled, or damaged will not be refunded.

Terms of Sale

For international buyers

• Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are to be borne by the buyer.
• Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
• These charges are usually collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - not to be confused for additional shipping charges.
• We DO NOT under-value merchandise or mark the item as a "GIFT" on customs forms.
  Doing so is against U.S. and international laws.
• Please allow 4-7 days for delivery from the point the item has been shipped. 
  All packages will be professionally packed with cardboard boxes.
