This is KATO's N gauge vehicle, 683 series "Thunderbird" (renewed car) 6-car basic set.
The W36 train set (basic set) and V35 train set (add-on set) belonging to the Suita General Rolling Stock Depot Kyoto Branch are now available as products.
The black stripes around the windows, the blue stripes on the front and sides, and the symbol mark across the connecting surfaces are reproduced. The color of the interior seats, which was changed during the renewal, is reproduced. Ordinary cars are blue, and green cars are brown.
The W36 formation (basic set) and V35 formation (additional set) belonging to the Suita General Rolling Stock Center Kyoto Branch are commercialized. The black stripes around the windows, the blue stripes on the front and sides, and the symbol mark across the coupling surface are reproduced. The color of the interior seats, which was changed during the renewal, is reproduced. Ordinary cars are set in blue, and green cars are set in brown. Head/tail lights are lit (using warm white LEDs). Kumoha 683 and Kuha 683 have a switch to turn them off. The use of a slotless motor achieves smooth and quiet running. Electric couplers (2-stage) and coupler covers are included for Kuha 682, Kuha 683, and Kumoha 683. The front part of Kuro 683 uses a dummy coupler. The included stickers are scheduled to include operations after March 2024 (Reiwa 6) in line with the trends of the actual vehicle. The additional set comes with two front door (open) parts. The packaging for the add-on set has been changed to a paper box, and the contents of the add-on set can be stored inside the book-shaped vehicle case of the basic set. *Railroad models are powered by the rails.
