?Aoba-dori [Kuha E130-801] + [Moha E130-801(M)] + [Saha E131-801] + [Kumoha E131-801] Ishinomaki??Introduction to the actual train?The JR East Senseki Line, which connects Sendai and Ishinomaki, is a rare DC electrified conventional line among JR lines in the Tohoku area, with its roots in the Miyagi Electric Railway. Until now, commuter trains that had been active in the Tokyo metropolitan area, such as the 103 series and 205 series, had been operated in shortened formations, but from 2025, the E131 series 800 series was introduced as the first newly manufactured train in 80 years. This type of train introduced on the Senseki Line is characterized by its non-through front shape, which differs from previous models, and the installation of an antenna for the Wireless Train Safety System (ATACS) on the roof.
