An extension set for adding extra cars to the E5 Series Hayabusa train.

The model recreates the appearance of the train with some windows blocked off to accommodate the luggage storage area added to cars 1 through 9.

The anti-slip surface on the roof is reproduced with gray printing.
The car numbers are selectable and transfer sheets are included.
This product (cars 2, 8, and 9) can be combined with product numbers 98497 and 98498 to recreate a full 10-car train.
Equipped with movable gangway connections.
Hook and U-shaped conductive couplers are used.
The movable gangway connections reproduce the black outer gangway used in the U28 train set and later.
Green car marks and car number markings are pre-printed.
New current collection system and silver wheels are used.
