Includes the solution to the "Hair-Cutting Object Murder Case" and the "Time-Sale Real Estate Murder Case"! Kuroi Hinata, a girl with a "sixth sense" that allows her to tell the number of people a person has killed in the past just by touching them, and Isogai Shiro, a lone-wolf detective whose fiancé was murdered by a serial killer, secretly team up to exact revenge on the serial killer. They must track down the serial killer, who is still unknown to the police, and kill him if he is the one who killed her loved one. A "mysterious informant" catches serial killers who no one else should know about and reports them to the police. Sergeant Isogai, pursuing the identity of this "mysterious informant," from the Public Safety Division, tracks down the young girl, Kuroi Hinata. In order to find the serial killer who may have killed her sister, Hinata "deliberately made the serial killer kill her," and then caught them. Shiro asks Hinata for help in finding the serial killer who killed his fiancée and killing him himself. Meanwhile, the police ask for the cooperation of Professor Gamo Sei, a professor of criminal psychology, to uncover the identity of the "mysterious informant." Shiro is listed as a "suspicious person" within the police, and is put under the watchful eye of Tsuruoka Kaede, a classmate from the police academy. With his movements restricted, Shiro finally tracks down the serial killer believed to have killed his fiancée. After 10 years of pursuit, the resolution of Shiro's case is near...!!
