FIR filtering provides independent control of amplitude and phase, allowing for more precise equalization and optimization of frequency and power response. It also features an RMS compressor and peak limiter, which, when properly set, provide complete system protection. PEQ gain, bandwidth, and frequency are adjustable on all channels, with selectable settings: Peak, L-shelf, H-shelf, Low Cut, High Cut, ALLPASS1, and ALLPASS2. All input and output channels feature independent phase curve and PEQ adjustment, with selectable ALLPASS1/180° curve adjustment and ALLPASS2/360° curve adjustment. With four input channels and eight output channels, routing and distribution of large systems is easily tailored to your project. The SC-48 FIR also comes with editing software for remote PC control, providing comprehensive control of all parameters. Connections include a USB connection, a D-sub connector (RS232/485), and an Ethernet interface (RJ45).
