The GMW-BZ5000 is a new model that employs generative design, a collaborative effort between humans and AI, for its structure and exterior design, based on G-SHOCK shock-resistant structure data accumulated over more than 40 years.

While retaining the square form that has continued since the original G-SHOCK, the conventional structure in which the bezel fully covers the center case has been refined with a new design method.

A newly developed structure connects the bezel and center case from above and below.

The complex, futuristic design visible from the side of the case highlights the beauty of the structure.

The watch is equipped with an inner protector made of resin that absorbs shock through elastic deformation, and despite being fully metal, it meets G-SHOCK's shock resistance standards.

The stainless steel case has a screw-back for excellent airtightness.

The digital display also uses a high-definition, wide-viewing-angle, high-contrast MIP (memory-in-pixel) LCD.

Compared to conventional LCDs, it allows for more detailed images and boasts excellent visibility even in bright outdoor conditions or under direct sunlight.

A new MIP LCD was developed to enable operation solely through solar power generation.

The high-resolution full-dot display has memory within the "pixels" that make up the screen, allowing you to switch between four basic clock displays with the touch of a button.

In addition, by linking it with the app, you can switch the main display to a classic 7-segment font.

The time display screen layout inherits the image of the original G-SHOCK, and aims to combine advanced functionality with traditional style.
