Product Description: The 49th single, "Wolf and Comet," is the theme song for the TV Asahi Friday night drama "Detective Daimajin," starring Ikuta Toma! Kanjani x Madness x Sexiness = Infinity! The 49th single, "Wolf and Comet," is the theme song for "Detective Daimajin," a Friday night drama starring Ikuta Toma. The original work, currently serialized in Weekly Manga Goraku, is a hugely popular picaresque suspense manga. The story follows a dark hero who personally killed a criminal who cannot be brought to justice by law, but the chief superintendent discovers his secret. As his "slave," Ikuta becomes Miike's "slave" and secretly eliminates criminals the police cannot touch. This is the story of a dark hero who takes on assassins, teaming up for the first time on television with Miike Takashi. The theme song, "Wolf and Comet," was written specifically for the drama and is a dance tune brimming with adult sex appeal. This midsummer Latin and funk track captures the seemingly dangerous "madness" and "sexiness" that Kanjani Eight has cultivated as they approach their 20th anniversary. The limited-edition "FES" edition includes a guitar rock tune, "Ikiteru Bokura," which could become one of their new signature songs as they approach their 20th anniversary. It's a guitar anthem written by ASIAN KUNG-FU GENERATION's Masafumi Goto and arranged by Ryosuke Shimomura of the chef cooks me. The B-side includes "BOY '23," a rearranged and re-recorded version of "BOY" from the band's legendary 2010 album "8UPPERS." The music video for "BOY '23" was planned and directed by Tadayoshi Okura and Ryuhei Maruyama. The full production documentary is also included, making this a must-have for Eight fans. Kanjani Eight is scheduled to perform at ROCK IN JAPAN FFESTIVAL 2023 on August 12th and WANIMA presents 1CHANCE FESTIVAL 2023 on September 2nd. This must-listen single showcases their unbridled energy, unconstrained by the idol category and expanding their horizons in every direction! Released and distributed by: Provided information (June 28, 2023).
