Product Introduction: The band's 46th single is the theme song for member Yokoyama Yu's first starring drama! The title track, "Hitori ni Shinai yo," is the theme song for the TV Asahi series "Kotaro Lives Alone," which premieres April 24th (Sat.), marking Yokoyama Yu's first lead role in the drama. This heartwarming comedy is the first live-action adaptation of Mami Tsumura's popular manga, which has sold over one million copies. "Hitori ni Shinai yo" is a light-hearted and heartwarming song written specifically for this series. In the midst of the often difficult days of life, the lyrics express a thoughtful determination to "not leave you alone," as the title suggests, while also serving as a message song for all generations living today. The first limited edition A and regular edition include a coupling track, "Saturday Song," which began airing April 3rd (Sat.) as the theme song for the MBS/TBS show "Saturday Plus," hosted by Maruyama Ryuhei. With the theme of "songs that will help you spend Saturday mornings positively," Maruyama and the other members selected the songs, and even came up with the titles. These positive rock songs, inspired by the band, are definitely worth checking out! The standard edition includes a B-side featuring Kanjani Eight's signature summer song, "Tsumi to Natsu," the fourth installment of the popular "-Re:8EST edition-" project, in which the five members sing past singles. The album also includes a new song, "Cream Stew," which is linked to the video "Cream Stew Made" featured on the limited edition B. Released and distributed by: Provided information (April 23, 2021). This 46th single is the theme song for TV Asahi's Oshidora Saturday drama "Kotaro Lives Alone," which begins on Saturday, April 24th and marks Yokoyama Yu's first lead role in the drama. "Hitori ni Shinai yo" is a light-hearted and heartwarming song written specifically for the series. In these difficult times, the lyrics express a caring attitude, as the title suggests, saying "I won't leave you alone," and while staying true to the world of the drama, it is a message song for all generations living today.
