Superior Optical Performance The Model B060 features a lens construction of 12 elements in 10 groups. Two GM (Glass Molded Aspherical) lens elements are well-balanced to maintain high resolution across the entire frame. Additionally, one XLD (eXtra Low Dispersion) lens element and two LD (Low Dispersion) lens elements are used, ensuring clear image quality with excellent correction of various aberrations. Furthermore, the BBAR-G2 (Broad-Band Anti-Reflection Generation 2) coating further minimizes ghosting and flare, capturing precise subject detail even in backlit conditions.
Equipped with the Stepping Motor Unit RXD, which is quiet and ideal for video shooting. The AF drive is a proprietary RXD stepping motor unit. The high-speed, high-precision AF accurately captures moving subjects, demonstrating its capabilities in both still and video shooting. Its quiet operation makes it ideal for indoor shooting, where drive noise is a concern.
