Popular on the West Coast of the U.S. Yellowtail. As the main lure for targeting fish, we use a lure called the Surface Iron, which swims in a slalom motion just by reeling it in, and occasionally attracts fish with a large slide. When I tried this in a difficult situation for targeting rock cod in Japan without biting, I succeeded in bringing in a hit by simply casting and reeling in the lure. The lure's action, from a wobbling slalom to an unexpectedly large dart, must have turned on the angler. The product images shown on this site are representative images.
