Product introduction A plastic model assembly kit of the Spitfire Mk.I, the main fighter of the Royal Air Force, which defended the British mainland from bombing raids by the Luftwaffe during the Battle of Britain in the summer of 1940. Faithfully reproduces the style wrapped in elegant curves, such as the smooth nose that wraps around the engine and the oval main wings. Ease of assembly has been considered by keeping the number of parts low, and the interior of the cockpit, landing gear, and exhaust pipes are finished with a three-dimensional feel. Two types of slide marks are included, belonging to the Royal Air Force's 92nd Squadron and 610th Squadron at the time of the Battle of Britain.
