The aircraft carrier "Shinano"
was originally laid down at Yokosuka Naval Arsenal in 1939 as the third Yamato-class battleship.
Due to the loss of the main aircraft carrier in the Battle of Midway in 1942, Shinano, which was under construction, was changed to an aircraft carrier.
Due to the loss of the Battle of Mariana in 1944, Yokosuka was within the range of air raids, and construction was hastened to sail to Kure, and it was completed as an aircraft carrier in November.
In the same month, on her first voyage to Kure, she was torpedoed by a U.S. submarine and sank 100 kilometers off the coast of Shionomisaki.

・ The product has a shape motif at the time of completion in November 1944, and has been three-dimensionalized with a completely new design and new mold in 2017.

- The hull part is colored parts imitating Yokosuka Naval Arsenal color (warship color)

・The ship bottom/hull parts are divided at the waterline, making it possible to produce both offshore models and full hull models.
In real life, they are sister ships Yamato and Musashi.
Carrier-based planes come in planned form
The hull is split left and right, and the arrangement around the bow bell mouth is reproduced with correct research.
Parts such as the opening canvas on the side of the ship are expressed with a sealing material with excellent followability.
The portholes lined up on the side of the port reproduce the difference in shape between blocked and unblocked with delicate sculptures.
Ship bottom parts reproduce the bulge shape different from Yamato
The parts are already colored with the ship's bottom color (red) and do not need to be painted.
You can finish it with an offshore model / full hull model by selecting the installation of this part.
There are two types of rudders: a round shape similar to the conventional Yamato, and a round shape similar to the aircraft carrier Taiho, which is said to be in recent years.
The flight deck consists of 2 pieces
The parts are divided between the concrete deck and the outer edge, making it an optimal form for painting.
Light gray colored molded parts that are brighter than the warship color are available for the concrete floor.
The bridge is made into an integral part using a slide mold
Realistic modeling with detailed sculptural expressions on all four sides
The chimney shape, the structure near the rear short boat deck, etc. are three-dimensional based on recent materials and research.
The high-angle gun base has a strip pattern, and the walls of the hangar have monkey rattles.
The retractable radio antenna pole is retractable, and the state at the time of departure can be reproduced.
Four types of carrier-based aircraft are included: "Shidenkai", "Ryusei", "Saiun"
and "Oka".
Shiden Kai comes with two colors that imitate the general dark green and orange prototype Shiden Kai 2.
Ryusei, Saiun, and Shidenkai have integrally molded legs, and separate leg parts with more detailed modeling are also available.
The attached seal is different from the conventional product and comes with a dedicated one that corresponds to the concrete floor flight deck.
The included stickers include canvas upholstery on the side of the ship, linoleum on the floor of the bridge, and white lines on the flight deck, so you can express colors without painting.
Separately from the sticker, a decal that includes the flight deck white line and the Hinomaru on board is included for painting finish.
In the bonus recording, adhesive "horizontal binoculars"
