Seiko's 145th Anniversary Commemorative Collection: The third limited edition DQ model inspired by "Edo Purple" is now available.
As a treasure (culture) of Tokyo that we want to pass on to a future full of smiles, this third collection is inspired by "Edo Purple", a traditional color that symbolizes the aesthetic sense of Edo Tokyo that has been passed down since ancient times in Japan.
Based on a?? model, the design draws inspiration from the background of why "Edo Purple" was loved in the Edo period, and embodies the powerful and stylish aesthetic sense and spirit of Edo by combining a purple aluminum bezel and display with an all-black case.
The logo and function indicators are adorned with gold, which evokes a "bright future", and the design is finished with a glamorous impression.
