This was the gundam to get me back into gunpla. Great sturdy build but, the only negative I have is the waist joint is very loose and pops out quite a lot. Other than all of that I would totally buy this again. It has plenty of decals to make an army of different numbered ground types just like the show! Btw go watch the 08th MS TEAM OVAs. It’s an amazing show.

Sturdy build and easy to pose. Joints are stiff and can hold position, even the poses on the box. Recommend getting the Action Base 2 with this product.

The kit is flawless. It looks perfect, it poses perfect, the part separation is perfect. Most importantly to me, the 180mm Cannon is bigger and more show accurate than the previous HG release.My one nitpick that will always drive me mad: It needs more marking stickers!For marking stickers you get the numbers; that's it. No EFGF stickers or faction logos.This is a bummer if you are trying to customize your kit and make the 08th MS Team.And there are no separate waterslide decals you can get for the HG Ground Type Gundam you can buy anywhere else.

It’s let’s you do it’s iconic pose, only down side is that it doesn’t have the other bazooka, missile launcher, or vehicle and the other weapons don’t all fit in the back pack like the old action figures did. It came exactly as advertised and matched the item description that says what it comes with and that’s what’s important!

I was going to type up a review covering my issues with this model, but REWA summed it up perfectly. That waist joint makes it almost impossible to pose. That and the 2 piece right hand for use with the large weapons pretty much requiring glue if you want it to stay on. I was avoiding glue to keep options open.
