[Introduction to the actual vehicle] The Taki 18600 type is a high-pressure gas tank car for liquefied ammonia that appeared in 1970, applying the structure developed for the Taki 25000 type. It is characterized by its length of over 17m and white tank body. Some vehicles continued to be operated even after the privatization of JNR, but in March 2008, the last remaining service between ?gimachi and Iwanuma ended and the vehicles were retired.
