Tosaden Kotsu operates streetcars, route buses, and charter buses in Kochi Prefecture.
In 2014, through a business integration and joint new establishment/split method, it took over the streetcar and route bus lines previously operated by Tosa Electric Railway, Kochi Prefecture Transportation, and Tosaden Dream Service, and began operations.
For bus routes, it operates many express buses, with a network of routes from Kochi to Osaka, Kobe, Okayama, Hiroshima, Matsuyama, Takamatsu, and Tokushima, and local buses with a network of routes in Kochi City and its surrounding areas.
