We are releasing a model of EF58 No. 60, which served as a reserve locomotive for imperial trains.
This can be enjoyed in combination with the separately sold [3038 EF5861] and [10-853 Imperial Train No. 1 (Showa Era Specification)]
This model recreates locomotive No. 60, which was originally introduced as a locomotive exclusively for the Imperial Train, in its final form during its operation as a reserve locomotive for the Aichi Tree Planting Festival in 1979 (Showa 54) (small window H-rubber, Yoroid-type air filter, etc.).
It uses a dedicated body and reproduces the decorations unique to No. 60.The deep body color is realistically reproduced.
The body is made of a single piece (stainless steel decorative strip, number plate, manufacturer's plate).
The band-like trim around the headlights is reproduced.
The Japanese flag used when pulling Imperial Train No. 1 is detachable.
You can attach it and enjoy operating the Imperial Train.
Arnold couplers (silver) are standard equipment.
Knuckle couplers (silver) are included for replacement.
The driver's cab is reproduced (control panel, seats, interior see-through).
PS14 pantograph (silver molded part) is used.
The body markings are accurately reproduced.
It uses a GM-5 motor power unit with flywheel.
Headlights light up (warm white LED used)
* Railway models are powered by a system that draws power from the rails.
This product does not use batteries for driving, lighting, or illumination.
* Batteries are not included with this product.
