The long-awaited Katsura Kotaro joins the Rukappu series!
"Rukappu" is a coined word based on "look up", and it's a popular figure series characterized by its cute poses that make it seem as if the figure is looking up at you.
With its "looking up and sitting pose", it's easier to make eye contact with the figure when displayed on a desk or other surface compared to regular figures.
Displaying it together with the simultaneously released "Shimura Shinpachi" and "Elizabeth" will expand the world of the series.
