Based on the SEABORG 100J, the new 150-size model features a lightweight, compact body weighing just 385 g while increasing line capacity to PE 1.5–300 m. It also introduces a newly designed JOG Power Lever with an ergonomic shape for an exceptionally secure and comfortable finger grip.
At its core is a MAGMAX motor, delivering rapid response and powerful winding performance in combination with an ATD drag system offering a maximum drag force of 7.5 kg. When using a 50-gou tenya rig, ultra-slow retrieves are also possible from winding lever setting 1.
For manual winding, the HYPERDRIVE DIGIGEAR system, combined with a single handle and aluminum round knob, delivers powerful, smooth winding performance. The experience evokes the feel of a conventional baitcasting reel enhanced with electric winding capability.
The reel also supports DAIWA CONNECTED's Electric Reel Mobile Settings, providing convenient functions linked to a smartphone.
