[Size: φ60 / Illumination Color: Amber Red] Features of the BF Meter: When the ignition is OFF, the entire surface is black and nothing is displayed on the dial. When the ignition is ON, the illumination lights up, and the letters and scales appear, making it a visually striking meter.
・This is the Defi-Link Meter Advance BF Water Temperature Gauge, DF10502 from Defi.
・Size: φ60, Illumination Color: Amber Red. Models with different illumination colors: White / Blue are also available.
・This product is a link meter that is used by connecting it to the company's control unit DF07703.
・In situations where high RPMs are frequently used, such as in sports driving, the water temperature tends to rise. Rising water temperature can cause a decrease in engine power, and in the worst case, it can lead to engine failure. This product allows you to see the changes in water temperature in real time in order to prevent such problems. Furthermore, while water temperature gauges are standard equipment in many cars, their accuracy is actually quite imprecise. It's entirely possible that the needle won't budge even when the temperature rises by 10°C, and by the time it starts moving, the engine is already on the verge of overheating. Therefore, as a driver, this is an item worth installing in your car.
・While it can be fixed to the dashboard using the included holder, mounting bracket, and double-sided tape, you can also install it in your preferred location, such as the A-pillar or steering column, by purchasing a separate fitting kit.
・Using a single meter visor in conjunction with the meter prevents reduced visibility due to sunlight during the day and prevents the meter's illumination from reflecting onto the windshield at night.
・Please also refer to the diagram of the Advance series system connection configuration and the lineup list by size and color at the bottom of the page.
