◆SLAPPIN' DAZE SLAPPIN' DAZE IKUO Product Number: KICS-4261 Release Date: July 29, 2026 Estimated Shipping Date: 1-3 days before release CD Album Rock Label: King Records Regular Edition IKUO is a technical bassist who has shown activity beyond genre boundaries, not only in J-POP, rock, and fusion, but also by providing theme songs for popular anime such as "The Prince of Tennis" and "Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters GX," as well as working with T.M.Revolution, BULLZEICHEN88, and The Choppers Revolution. In 2026, the 30th anniversary of his major debut, he will release a long-awaited solo album for fans after about 7 years! The concept of this work is, quite simply, "slap bass throughout"! Moreover, it's an unprecedented 1000% IKUO world where he "slaps the bass while singing"!! This is the first-ever achievement of a bassist who has been running at full speed since his debut. It also includes covers of songs by T.M.Revolution, who has been supporting him for many years, and SHINGOMAN (Agitato), who is in charge of sound production for this work.
