Please understand in advance. 3776Extended's first new song in 3 years! Following in the footsteps of their previous work, "Ichifuji Nitaka San Nasu," this is part of the series. Polypop is a word that combines polyrhythm and pops. This new song, "Rokushi" (insect), is literally a polyrhythm of 6 beats and 4 beats. The coupling song, "Roku de Nana Shi" (rokudenashi), is based on a polyrhythm of 6 beats and 7+4 (11) beats. Despite incorporating polyrhythms, the songs are not at all difficult to understand, and "Rokushi" in particular is one of the most poppy songs in the entire 3776 discography. 3776Extended is a form of the local Mt. Fuji idol group 3776. Extended from the typical idol format, they perform with loopers and have support members play guitar on stage. The lyrics are also extended, with Chiyono Ide singing about a worldview not confined to Mt. Fuji. 3776Extended's first new song in three years!
