The Imperial Japanese Navy series "Japanese Navy Battleship Musashi (1944/Operation Sho-Go 1)" is a special edition that includes photo-etched parts and wooden deck decals! The product is a full-hull model that can reproduce the bottom of the ship, and comes with a display stand for enjoyment after completion.
The 25mm twin machine gun includes both the conventional one-piece construction part and a more precise two-piece construction part.
The 25mm machine gun is made of two pieces, making it easy to reproduce the gunmetal barrel and the hull color of the base by painting them separately.
?The product is modeled after the appearance during Operation Sho-Go 1 (Battle of Leyte Gulf) in October 1944.
?Two secondary guns were removed and an additional high-angle gun section was added, but since the guns were not ready in time, machine guns were placed there instead.
?The Musashi's final configuration included a No. 13 radar mounted on the aft mast.
