※Click on image to enlarge. Large diaphragm condenser microphone with multi-pattern design for outstanding sound quality. Overview: A large-diaphragm condenser microphone with exceptional sound quality and multi-pattern technology. While the LCT640TS may appear to be a new condenser microphone in the Lewitt lineup, its innovative post-recording polar pattern allows for independent recording. The LCT640TS's two diaphragms, positioned front and rear, independently capture and output the sound they pick up. This unique microphone seamlessly switches from omnidirectional to bidirectional after recording, and even allows for a 180-degree mic direction adjustment. This functionality allows for increased ambient sound depending on the desired sound, creative stereo recording techniques, and recording face-to-face duets. Additionally, the LCT640TS can be used for mid-side (MS) recording by simply pointing the microphone side toward the source. Stereo recording is possible. The front side acts as L and the rear side as R. Summing both signals creates a mid channel. The easiest way to achieve this is to input it as a stereo track in your DAW and control the stereo width. In addition, the newly developed "Polarizer" plug-in is bundled. This plug-in allows you to seamlessly control the microphone's directionality during the mixing stage. "Polarizer" is compatible with major formats (VST, AU, AAX) and Mac & Windows. Directivity can also be controlled manually in your DAW or mixing console. This microphone follows the basic performance of Lewitt's flagship FET large diaphragm LCT640, but allows you to manipulate the directionality like a time machine. That is the LCT640TS. Feature 1: "Ultra-thin ( 3 micron) Gold Layered Low-Mas diaphragm faithfully captures even transients Flat frequency response for natural, authentic sound quality Dual diaphragm allows for single-side recording or duets with singers facing each other Five preset polarities from cardioid to bidirectional, as well as intermediate characters can be set Mic polarity can be reversed 180° after recording Dual output possible from the included mini XLR Includes the bundled "Polarizer" plug-in, which allows for seamless control of microphone directionality during the mixing stage Compatible with Mac & Windows (VST, AU, AAX). Push-button controls for quick, noiseless control of attenuation and high-pass filters. 4-position attenuation pad (0 dB, 6 dB, 12 dB, 18 dB) and 4-position high-pass filters for high sound pressure levels.
