The EF81-450, characterized by its headlights located at the bottom of the front, is now available as a product!

This is a newly produced reproduction of the early model, which features head and taillights housed in a single square light case.

The EF81-450 series locomotive was introduced in 1991 to increase the number of freight trains passing through the Kanmon Tunnel.
The 451 and 452 locomotives feature a square headlight housed in a single case.
In addition to freight trains, they were also used to pull some sleeper trains.
This model reproduces the early model's square headlights.
The H-rubbers are reproduced in black.
The JR FREIGHT logo is printed on the locomotive.
A train radio antenna is attached.
The driver's cab is shown through.
The license plate is included as a separate part.
The roof whistle and signal flare are included as separate parts.
The front handrail (vertical) is included as a separate part.
The release lever is attached as a separate part.
The headlights are equipped with a constant-on board and an ON-OFF switch.
The headlights are illuminated by warm white LEDs.
Dummy couplers and self-coupling TN couplers are included.
Wheels with integrated plate hubs are used.
Powered by a flywheel, black bogie frame, and black wheels.
The M-13 motor is used.
