This model recreates the K1 formation, which was in active use in the JNR livery.
The Kuha 481-346 type recreates the unit-shaped door cock, a feature of the later model.

Head and tail lights and train marks are equipped with a constant-light board and an ON-OFF switch.
The printed train mark "Hokuetsu" is installed, and "Noto" and "Home Liner" are included.

The car number, some notations, shoe prints, and door rails are printed.
