This is a Toshiba-manufactured EF15 standard type (No. 46-129) that was active at Takasaki No. 2 Locomotive Depot around 1978, featuring seven side windows, a monitor roof, a PS14 pantograph, and plate-type numbers.

The EF15's unique deck details, such as the diagonally positioned under-deck support springs and suspension links, are realistically reproduced.
