- Original Accutronics Type 4 Spring Reverb Pan
- Steel body for maximum protection against noise and interference
- Advanced Threshold control
- Width control for stereo imaging
- Line-level input and output via 1/4" jack or XLR
- Front-panel 1/4" jack for instrument input
- Power adapter included. Front Panel INPUT: -20dBv mono input for guitar/instrument input. DWELL: Controls the level of the signal sent to the reverb pan transducer. The Clip-LED lights up when the reverb driver is overloaded. The Clip-LED may flash occasionally to optimize signal-to-noise ratio. THRESHOLD: Sets the trigger level (threshold) of the soft knee gate circuit from -∞ to +∞. The LED is lit to indicate the gate is open. The gate circuit is used to control the decay of the reverb tail; if the threshold value is too low, the gate will remain open; if it is too high, the gate will not open properly. The gate can be disabled by setting the THRESHOLD control to 0. DECAY: Sets the decay time of the reverb tail from 100ms to 2s. The decay time is also displayed by the Gate LED. TONE: Controls the tone of the wet signal from the reverb pan. MIXER: Mixes the dry and wet signals from 100% dry to 100% wet. WIDTH: Adds a pseudo-stereo effect to the wet signal. Stereo reverb effects can be created from both stereo and mono input signals, but for mono output, set WIDTH to 0. VOLUME: Sets the output volume. 6 is unity gain. Increase the volume carefully to avoid distortion at the XLR output. EFFECT ON/OFF: Enables/disables the wet signal from the reverb spring. L IN/R OUT: -20dBv guitar-level output (mono/stereo). POWER: Turns the unit on and off. A built-in pilot light indicates the supply voltage. A power-on delay is built in to minimize pops and clicks. Rear Panel: IN-L / IN-R: Line-level input jacks for unbalanced TR plugs. The XLR input carries a balanced audio signal. Mono: Pressing the switch uses the IN-L jack as a mono input for both channels, allowing you to create a stereo reverb effect from a mono source. OUT-L / OUT-R: Line-level outputs for unbalanced TR plugs. The XLR output carries a balanced audio signal. This is an electronically balanced output stage without a transformer.
