Controls: Footswitch: Press to start recording, dub, or stop recording. LED Button: Toggles AUTO REC ON/OFF. When you press the LED button, the LED flashes red to indicate AUTO REC OFF, and blue to indicate AUTO REC ON. In addition to the AUTO REC function, the LED color also indicates the recording status. LED OFF: The selected slot is blank and there is no recording track. Red: The pedal is in REC or DUB mode. Blue: The pedal is in PLAY mode. Flashing Blue: The pedal is in STOP mode.
・Selector: Selects between 16 slots.
・LEVEL: Adjusts the volume of the currently playing track. The 12 o'clock position is the real-time playback volume. Turning clockwise gives a maximum +6dB boost.
・THRESHOLD: When AUTO REC is ON, turning this knob adjusts the volume at which AUTO REC begins. Turning it counterclockwise lowers the threshold, making AUTO REC easier to activate. Turning it clockwise raises the threshold, meaning you need to play harder for AUTO REC to activate.
・Bank Selector: Selects between 3 slot banks. Each bank has 16 slots.
・INPUT: 1/4-inch mono input. Connect a guitar or pre-effects.
・OUTPUT: 1/4-inch mono output. Connect the amplifier cable.
・DC IN: Connect a center-negative DC9V adapter. How to Use 1. Preparation
・Connect the power supply and connect your instrument, effects, and amplifier.・Turn LEVEL to 12 o'clock. ・Select an empty slot. ・Set AUTO REC ON/OFF, and adjust the THRESHOLD if you turn it ON. ・Play. 2. Recording Operation: Select an empty REC slot (LED button off) and press the footswitch to start recording. The LED button will light red. *The first layer must be recorded for at least one second. Recordings shorter than one second will be canceled. Pressing the footswitch during PLAYREC, DUB, or STOP will enter PLAY mode and play the recorded track. The LED will turn blue. STOP: Press the footswitch twice quickly (double-tap) during REC, DUB, or PLAY to enter STOP mode, and the LED will flash blue. DUB/CANCEL: To cancel DUB and start over, press and hold the footswitch for one second while in DUB status. The layer recorded in the current DUB status will be canceled and DUB will restart. The LED will flash red for a few seconds. UNDO/REDO: UNDO will delete the last layer. When one or more layers have been recorded and the pedal is in PLAY status, you can UNDO by pressing and holding the footswitch for 1 second. To REDO, press and hold the footswitch for 1 second after UNDO to cancel the UNDO operation. *If another layer is recorded after UNDO, the UNDO layer will be deleted and REDO will not be possible. CLEAR: To delete the recording track from the current slot, press and hold the footswitch for 1 second with the pedal in STOP status. The LED will go out and the track will become blank.
