Takanori Iwata has announced the release of his first album in approximately 1 year and 9 months! The album's title is based on the concept of "space," a subject he has had a strong romantic fascination with since childhood, and it is meant to present the new world he has reached through this work. It includes six new songs, including "ZERO GRAVITY," the lead track from his first solo Asia tour, "Takanori Iwata ASIA TOUR 2025-2026 SPACE COWBOY," which begins this November. Additionally, this album features 11 tracks, including "Phone Number," which achieved his first No. 1 ranking on both the Billboard JAPAN Top Singles Sales and Oricon Weekly Singles charts, and "TORICO," which ignited this summer's excitement. This album marks a new chapter for Takanori Iwata as a solo artist! The first limited edition: MAKING edition will include approximately 30 minutes of making-of footage that follows the entire production of the album, from new artist photos and the jacket photoshoot to behind-the-scenes footage of song production. Also, this time around, 25 random trading cards featuring newly taken photos will be included, divided into different formats.
