These models, which inherit the octagonal shape of the original G-SHOCK model DW-5000C, include the GMW-B5000, GM-B2100, and GMC-B2100, and feature a black top bezel with the iconic octagonal shape.
The black accents against the silver accents emphasize the iconic strength of G-SHOCK, while the monotone design makes it easy to match with a wide range of styles.
The GMW-B5000BT features a mirror-finished top bezel and silver vapor deposition on part of the glass, adding a sophisticated shine to its tough style.
The GM-B2100BT and GMC-B2100BT feature a hairline finish on the top bezel, creating a subdued metallic look.
In addition, to improve visibility, the indexes are silver-plated to create a striking contrast with the dial.
The stainless steel bezel is beautifully finished after being forged, cut, and polished to create a three-dimensional shape.
To achieve a full-metal shock-resistant structure, a fine resin cushioning material is installed between the bezel and case.
