The high-rigidity MDF, utilizing the technology of the UD-K5 series, has been optimized for the Hiace to deliver high-quality sound reproduction with a sense of speed. Even slight differences in material quality between the left and right speaker placement can cause phase misalignment. Therefore, MDF, with its extremely consistent density and hardness and excellent vibration damping, is ideal as an inner baffle material for ensuring sound quality improvement. The unique shape of the Hiace door interior, particularly the lack of strength, made high-rigidity MDF essential to eliminate unwanted resonance. Developed specifically for Hiace owners, the special parts easily improve adhesion, dramatically improving low-frequency response. Simply attach the high-rigidity inner baffle and sound-insulating cushions to achieve high-quality sound reproduction with a sense of speed.

■ Includes a sound-insulating cushion optimized for the interior shape of the Hiace door, providing excellent sound insulation and vibration absorption. The Hiace door trim narrows in space from top to bottom. To accommodate this unique shape, we developed a special sound-insulating cushion that attaches to the door trim ribs. By firmly sealing the speaker opening, sound quality is dramatically improved.
