1/2.3-inch CMOS sensor compatible with 4K 30P. Equipped with the high-performance DIGIC DV 6 image processing platform, it supports 4K 30P recording. It also supports Over Sampling HD Processing for high-quality Full HD image quality, taking advantage of the 4K sensor.
20x optical zoom lens. Equipped with a versatile 20x optical zoom lens with a focal length of 29.3mm to 601mm (35mm film camera equivalent), it covers a wide range of shooting scenes.
Powerful vibration reduction with Dynamic Mode. Electronically corrects roll and tilt, which were previously not possible with optical IS alone. It dramatically reduces image distortion, even when shooting unsteadily while walking, correcting the footage for clearer footage.
The Custom Picture function allows for a wide range of production needs, allowing you to customize settings to suit various shooting conditions.
Slow & Fast (S&F) Motion Recording: Record at up to 0.4x slow motion and up to 1200x fast motion. The set shooting time and playback time are displayed on the screen, allowing you to check the effect.
The high-brightness, high-resolution 3.5-inch LCD monitor features a 3.5-inch, approximately 2.76 million dot LCD. The LCD backlight has four brightness settings, approximately twice the brightness of previous models.
The tilt-type, high-resolution 0.36-inch, approximately 1.77 million dot EVF is easy to use and provides comfortable visibility even in bright outdoor conditions.
The USB Video Class (UVC) compatible camera meets video streaming needs; simply connect it to your PC with a USB cable and it will be recognized as a webcam. Without installing any special software, you can use high-quality video camera footage for a variety of streaming purposes, such as video streaming, web conferences, and live commerce.
The DC-IN terminal uses USB-C, allowing power supply and charging via USB-PD (assuming use of the USB power adapter PD-E1). When the camera is turned on, power is supplied to the camera via USB, and when the power is turned off, it switches to charging the attached battery.
