This high-performance lens employs two ED lens elements and one UED lens element. Optimally positioning the two ED lens elements and one UED lens element effectively corrects magnification chromatic aberration and spherical aberration, which can cause color bleeding. It delivers high-contrast images from the center to the periphery of the image.
Achieves high-speed, high-precision focusing This lens is also compatible with video recording and supports high-speed, high-precision contrast AF with a 240fps drive, ensuring precise capture of your subject in a wide range of shooting scenes. Other features include suppression of focusing breathing, which changes the angle of view as the focus position shifts during focusing; focus ring control that can be switched between a "linear" system, which shifts the focus by a fixed amount relative to the amount of focus ring rotation, and a "non-linear" system, which shifts the focus by a variable amount relative to the rotation speed; and aperture microstep control, which smoothly controls the F-stop change to reduce exposure changes, even in scenes with large changes in brightness.
