Tough design allowing 2 hours of continuous shooting at a depth of 20m The highly airtight body structure provides high waterproof performance (JIS protection class 8, equivalent to IPX8) that can withstand 2 hours of continuous underwater use at a depth of 20m, the highest in the WG series. It also features shock resistance from drops of up to 2.1m, dustproof performance (JIS Class 6 protection, IP6X compliant), cold resistance that allows operation down to -10°C, and a crushproof construction that can withstand weights of up to 100kgf (kilograms), making it a tough model that can withstand serious use in harsh outdoor environments. High-quality 4K video recording: The camera records 4K video at 3840 x 2160 pixels at 30 fps (frames per second) in the H.264 format, enabling high-quality, extended recording. The camera also features a dedicated "Movie SR" image stabilization mode for video recording, and "Movie SR+" mode, which provides a gimbal-like shake reduction effect, enabling high-quality capture even during fast-moving outdoor activities. High-Quality Images: The camera employs a back-illuminated CMOS image sensor with excellent sensitivity, low noise characteristics, and high-speed image signal readout, along with a high-performance image processing engine, achieving high sensitivity performance with a maximum ISO sensitivity of 6400 and high-resolution images with approximately 20 effective megapixels. Webcam function for high-quality, high-definition video streaming: Simply switch to UVC mode and connect the included USB cable to your computer to use it as a high-definition webcam at Full HD, 30 fps. Close-up shooting is possible, allowing you to get as close as approximately 1cm, and you can also combine it with the built-in ring light, enabling a variety of visual effects that are difficult to achieve with a standard computer camera, enhancing online communication for both business and personal use.
