It reproduces the appearance from around 2017 after the new symbol mark (Seibu Railway) was affixed.
The vehicle number, company logo, and new symbol mark (Seibu Railway) are printed.
Stickers (newly produced) are included, and type and destination display, priority seats, and weak air-conditioning cars are included.
Train radio antenna and fuse box are installed by the user.
The lightning arrester is an integrated sculpture.
Headlights (bulb color),
taillights, and front type and destination display (white) are lit.
Equipped with a coreless motor power unit with a flywheel.
Long seat parts with car ends are implemented.
