Comes with a wooden deck sticker that allows you to easily recreate a wooden deck on the Fuso's bridge!
The product is an unpainted kit that requires assembly and painting.
The battleship Fuso was built as Japan's first dreadnought battleship, and after undergoing several performance improvements and renovations, entered the Pacific War.
In October 1944, it was deployed to counter the US military's invasion of the Philippines, and was destroyed in battle.
The Fuso's bridge was particularly notable for its unstable appearance after modernization, with multiple bridge levels stacked on a tripod structure.
This product uses the mold of the existing 1/350 scale battleship Fuso.
The product is based on the Battle of Leyte Gulf in October 1944.
The main bridge parts are molded in a grey colour to resemble the Kure Naval Arsenal colour.
The bridge windows and searchlights are made of clear molded parts.
Comes with a display stand and a sticker showing the ship's name.
Reproduce the area from the top deck to the range finder/Radar No. 21
The tripod structure and each deck are layered to assemble in the same way as the real thing.
The shelter deck features delicate carvings to represent the wooden deck.
The Type 89 12.7 cm twin anti-aircraft gun on the shelter deck is made up of six parts, giving it a unique 1/350 scale modeling.
The 25mm single machine gun, a feature of the final form, is made up of a two-piece gun and gun mount.
The windows of the compass bridge, lower lookout post, combat bridge, and main observation post are reproduced with clear parts.
The floors of the compass bridge, combat bridge, secondary gun command post, and main observation post are reproduced with grating sculpts.
The front and rear gun mount floors and the lower lookout post floors accurately express the strip pattern.
There are multiple ladders connecting each layer, all of which are separate parts.
The 4.5m rangefinder can be fixed at any angle
The wing parts of the compass bridge and combat bridge are lightly carved to reproduce the hole structure.
Binocular telescope parts are included to enhance the sense of detail of the air defense command post and upper lookout post.
The No. 21 radar is reproduced even down to the support pillar, while the No. 22 radar is precisely modeled with a 3-part structure.
-Wooden deck stickers for the shelter deck and display pedestal (top deck level) are included.
・The wooden deck sticker is pre-cut, so no cutting is required.
The material is wood, and the extremely thin fabric is laser processed to recreate the texture of the boards.
- Easily recreate the matte wood look that is difficult to recreate with paint.
The molded parts are gray (Kure Naval Arsenal color), transparent, and black for the base parts; three colors.
