The Tora 45000 freight car is a two-axle open freight car that appeared in 1960 (Showa 35) by the Japanese National Railways.
8,184 cars were manufactured, and some are still in use today.
The floor plate is made of wood, and the end plate is also modified from pressed steel to flat steel plate, and the original car number is numbered 145000.
