One day, the demon lord Maxim, whose main characters Kirika and Masha serve as maids, has his castle destroyed by the enemy demon lord Risenog. Kirika and Masha survive while all of their vassals are killed. And although the demon lord Maxim survives, his appearance has changed dramatically. The action that was popular in the previous work "Grim Guardians Demon Purge" remains the same, but the exploration and collection play has been increased! The map has been expanded from a stage-clearing type to an exploration type, in other words, a "Metroidvania", and the size of the map is more than double that of the previous work. The demon world is studded with puzzle-solving elements such as hidden passages and gimmicks, and serves as a barrier to the goal of collecting the bones of "Demon King Maxim" - "Demon King" and resurrecting him. The new playable characters are the older sister "Kirika" who is good at long-range attacks and the younger sister "Marsha" who is good at melee attacks, who are devil sisters and maids! The sub-weapons that can be used by consuming magic power also have different characteristics between the sisters, so switch the characters you control at the appropriate time to cover each other's weaknesses.
