Bright, Natural View: ED glass is used in the objective lens to correct chromatic aberration, a common cause of color fringing. The auxiliary prism uses a highly reflective dielectric multilayer coating, and the roof prism is coated with a phase-correction coating to improve transmittance across the entire visible light spectrum, resulting in bright, natural colors and a clear field of view. Multilayer coatings on all lenses and prisms also ensure a bright field of view.
Excellent Waterproof Performance: The internal body is filled with nitrogen gas, providing a waterproof design that prevents fogging and mold from forming inside the optical system. Its durability against sudden rain and splashes makes it ideal for a wide range of applications, including nature observation, astronomy, and birdwatching.
Pursuing ease of use: The eyepiece uses a click-type turn-slide (rotating extension) system, allowing the eyepiece to fit your face in a position that is easy to look through. The long eye relief* also allows you to enjoy a wide field of view even while wearing glasses.
